Where we deliver

The USA only. We do not ship overseas from this store. Luxury Bedding sells in other countries under the same brand, and if you are outside the USA one of those stores will be the right place rather than this one.

We deliver everywhere in the USA, including Los Angeles CA, New York NY, Chicago IL, Houston TX, Phoenix AZ, Philadelphia PA, San Diego CA, Dallas TX, Seattle WA, Miami FL.

What delivery costs

Nothing. Standard delivery is free on every order, USA-wide. There is no minimum spend and no coupon code to enter.

The price shown is the price charged at checkout, so the figure on the product page is the figure you pay.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed before 12:00pm EST are typically processed the same day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address being provided.

Packaging

Your set is carefully folded and packaged to prevent compression creasing in transit: packed in a sealed bag within a sturdy outer carton. We recommend unpacking and spreading your quilt cover for a few hours after receipt to let any transit creases relax.
